Privacy Policy
Plain language first: what we collect, why, and when it gets deleted.

GoodSide ("we") makes AI-assisted dating photos for men. This policy covers
getgoodside.com and the Photo Refresh service. Contact us any time at

What we collect
- Photos you upload for your order — 6–10 recent photos of yourself, including a full-body reference, plus the short style brief (what you wear, where you feel at home). This is the raw material for your photo set.
- Email address — if you download the free guide, join the newsletter, or buy the Photo Refresh. The newsletter sends a 5-day photo tips series, then about one honest email a week. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.
- Order information — your name and email as tied to your purchase, so we can deliver your photos and run the replacement round and refund window.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or touch your card number.
- Basic technical data — standard web-server logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) and Cloudflare's edge data, used only for security and keeping the site up.
How we use it
- To generate and deliver your photo set, including the replacement round.
- To answer you when you write in.
- To send the newsletter — only if you opted in.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your data. We don't buy data about you from anyone else.
Your photos, specifically
This is the part that matters most, so here it is stated plainly:
- Deleted 30 days after delivery. Your uploaded photos and the files we generate from them are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered.
- Never used to train AI models without your explicit opt-in. Your face is not training data. If we ever run a program that uses customer photos for model training, it will be opt-in only, with separate, clear permission.
- Private by default. Your photos are not shown to anyone else. If we want to feature a customer's transformation in our marketing, we ask first — in writing, as a separate optional permission. No permission, no feature.
- No fake reviews, ever. We don't invent testimonials, and this policy means we can't invent yours.
Who else touches your data
- Stripe — processes payments. Card data never reaches us. (Stripe's privacy policy)
- Kit — runs the newsletter and the free-guide form. (Kit's privacy policy)
- Our AI image provider — receives your uploaded photos solely to generate your photo set, under contract terms that prohibit other uses.
- Hostinger and Cloudflare — host the site and its DNS; they process the basic technical data above as part of keeping the site online.
We don't share your data with anyone else, for any reason, except if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy; IP addresses are not stored. When you check out through Stripe or join the newsletter through Kit, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Retention
- Uploaded and generated photos: deleted 30 days after delivery.
- Order records: kept as long as needed for taxes, refunds, and legal obligations.
- Newsletter email: kept until you unsubscribe, then removed.
Your rights
Write to hello@getgoodside.com and you can: get a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete your photos and data sooner than the 30-day schedule, or unsubscribe from everything. We'll act promptly — deletion requests on photos are handled as soon as we confirm it's you.
Adults only
GoodSide is for adults. Don't upload anyone else's photos, and don't submit photos of minors — we'll refuse and delete them.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email before they take effect.
GoodSide is an independent service, not affiliated with Tinder, Hinge, or Bumble. This page is a plain-language statement of our practices. The purchase terms shown at checkout govern the Photo Refresh itself.
